For orders under this amount, shipping via Australia Post regular mail is $9.95.

Express shipping may be selected for a flat rate fee of $17.95.​

Orders for Tasty Treats are processed within 1–3 business days.

For Doggy Dinnerware, please allow up to 2 weeks as each piece is lovingly handcrafted in our onsite pottery studio.​Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch.​

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.​

Because our products are consumable dog treats, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.​

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at hello@thewaggingspoon.com.au with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
