No. Whilst we aim to use as many ingredients as we can that are organic, we cannot guarantee all are organic.

We use high-quality, human grade, natural ingredients— clearly listed on every product page. All our meats are free-range and ethically sourced and we use locally grown produce whenever possible.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal tightly after opening to keep them fresh (if your dog doesn’t inhale them first).

Shelf life varies slightly by product, but best-before dates are clearly marked on the packaging. Because we don’t use artificial preservatives, proper storage helps keep them at their best.​

Most of our treats are suitable for puppies over 12 weeks old. Certainly all our ingredients are safe for puppies, but we do advise to take care with our jerky given the tough consistency.  We recommend checking with your vet first.

Treats are meant to be just that — treats. Feed in moderation alongside a balanced diet, and always supervise your dog while treating.​

We offer standard and express delivery options. You can choose your preferred option during checkout.

Shipping is free for all orders over $59. For orders $59 and under, a flat rate charge of $9.95 applies for standard shipping. Express shipping can be selected upon checkout for $17.95.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery takes 1-2 business days.
